I've had the pleasure and the great luck to coordinate the activities of the Leadership Workshop over the past 45 years. Along with my team of colleagues, we have had the unique experience in contributing to the personal improvement and development of thousands of professional executives while achieving desired group goals by utilizing original and innovative methods.
We do not teach or direct participants in our programs. We simply cultivate the environment, the psychological atmosphere, and the conditions within which they can learn by practice. Our participants, within a group context, make decisions that fully express them and stem from deep within. Therefore, they commit themselves to bringing them into fruition.
This process itself combines the joy of creation with the personal vindication and enrichment of our lives, both in an individual and a group level.
The originality and the great advantage of our workshop is that it’s not delivered in the form of lectures. Instead, we make use of practical implementations and participatory interactive methods with exercises, problems, business games and positive suggestions by seeking and achieving group consensus. We leverage proven practical tools, ensuring that we do not need to take notes so that all our time is allocated exclusively to the unhindered participation in the workshop.
Now that the time has come for me to retire, it is with immense joy and satisfaction that our long-time close professional partner and co-creator Marina Chaireti and her team will be responsible for continuing the coordination of our Workshop. It goes withοut saying that you will lead our Workshop to unparallel achievements.
